Thank you for auditioning for a part in our exciting production of “Redeeming Elizabeth.” Every part is important and significant no matter how extensive or minute the involvement and we look forward to working together with you to produce a meaningful and believable drama short. Please arrive early as all auditions are scheduled. Arriving late may result in your audition being denied. AUDITION PROCEDURE 1. Arrive at the audition location early and sign in at the Welcome Desk upon arrival. 2. You will be greeted by our staff and placed in the Audition Schedule. 3. Upon entering the Audition Room you will be greeted by the Director of our movie and introduced to the Casting Team. 4. The Director will review the audition process with you and then go over the Character Profile and scene below providing additional support information to help you know and perform your best. Moreover, you will be given ample opportunity to inquire about the character you are about to perform and/or the particular scene details in order to best equip you for your best performance. 5. Next is your actual audition with a crew or cast member dialoging the other part(s). There will be two citings, one with the script below in your hand and if possible the second from memory without the read script. 6. Lastly, you will be asked to confirm a contact telephone number where you may be reached later that evening should you be asked to return the next day for “Call Backs” and a second audition with an alternate script. 7. Should you be requested back an Alternate Script and details will be provided online or immediately upon your arrival at the Call Back location.
